Intel only. Considering that Google Earth already runs on iOS devices, which are all ARM based, AND the fact that Google has had YEARS to make an ARM version of M-Series Macs, I'm fed up and knocking my rating down to two stars. Quit the lollygagging Google.

Google Earth Pro version 7.3.6.9345 (64-bit) - released on 12.29.2022 - works fine on my Intel Mac Mini 2012 running OS 10.14.6 Mojave. The only limitation is absence of Street View, as far as I can find, and it's a little slow (duh!). I am happy still to be able to use this old software on my old machine.

This used to be my Go-To map application for simple exploration and measuring distances, etc., but lately it doesn't seem to work. Perhaps it is because I'm not using a M1 and this 7.3.4.8573 version (and its earlier 7.3.4.8248 sibling) are ONLY Intel-capable?
